Terms and Conditions of Service

MyDigitalBrandBox is a digital marketing agency committed to providing exceptional digital marketing services to Businesses. These terms and conditions outline the terms governing our service provision. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Website Design Service

1.1 Design Process

Initial Consultation: We will conduct a thorough consultation to understand your business goals, target audience, and preferred design aesthetic.

Development: Once the there is full understanding of your needs, and upfront payment has been made, we will proceed with the development of your website, ensuring it meets your specifications and is responsive across devices.

Revisions: You will have the opportunity to request revisions during the developments phase of the project. We aim to provide two rounds of revisions- one after the initial development, and the last before the website launches.

Website Maintenance: For the first five (5) months after your website launches, we will maintain it for FREE. This includes: software update, web content, and security keeping your website up-to-date, secure, and functioning smoothly. After the five (5) months period, service fee will be charged for any maintenance request- this incudes the annual renewal of website hosting, domain name, softwire’s etc.

SEO: We don’t just design websites, we build sales and lead generation machines. Our marketing expertise ensures your website drives results, and help you achieve your business goals. As our service to you, we will set up basic SEO for your website to help you show in SERP and also set up analytics for the website so you know the state of traffic to your website among other things.

1.2 Access to Website Backend

Upon project completion, and website launch, you will be granted access to the backend of the website. And upon request; ownership of all website files, including the source code, images, and content will be handed to you.

1.3 Responsibilities

Client: You are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and information for the website. i.e. contact details, about your business, products, services etc.

Agency: We are responsible for designing, developing, and launching your website according to the agreed-upon specifications.

1.4 Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payment: You will be required to pay 75% of the project fee upfront upon project commencement. The remaining 25% will be due upon project completion before the website goes live/launches. Failure to complete payment means website does not go live or you get access to the website.

Refund: There will be no refunds once the project has commenced, except in cases of severe breach of contract by the agency.

1.5 Termination of Services

If you wish to terminate the website design services, you must provide written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for paying all outstanding fees.

1.6 Agency Credit

As a condition of our services, we will include a link to our website in the footer of your website. This link will serve as a reference to our work and help prevent plagiarism.

2. Social Media Marketing/Management Service

2.1 Scope of Services

Our Social Media Marketing/Management services include:

Creating and scheduling social media content
Engaging with your audience through comments and messages
Monitoring social media analytics and providing reports
Managing social media advertising campaigns
Brand/content and social media strategy creation.

2.2 Responsibilities

Client: You are responsible for providing all necessary details about your business: your services/products, your target audience, goals, vision, etc. for an accurate strategy.

Agency: We are responsible for managing your social media accounts according to the agreed-upon strategy and the plan you subscribed to.

2.3 Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payment: Your social media management fees will start accruing immediately upon the first strategy meeting with you and account audit has been done.

Refund: Refunds are generally not provided after the start of a training program. However, we may consider exceptions in certain cases.

2.4 Termination of Service

If you wish to terminate the social media management services, you must provide written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for paying all outstanding fees.

 

3. Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing Training for Business Owners

3.1 Format of Training

Our digital marketing training will be conducted in a online live sessions, in-person workshops, one-on-one formats.

3.2 Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payment: Payment for the training will be due in full e.g., upfront or upon registration. Two installment payment are allowed in some cases.

Refund: No refunds after the training has commenced, or refunds may be granted under certain circumstances.

3.3 Certifications and Guarantees

In some of our training programs, certifications will be provided upon completion of the training, e.g., completion certificate. Also access to additional resources will be granted.

 

General Terms

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property created by MyDigitalBrandBox remains the property of MyDigitalBrandBox, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any information disclosed during the course of the relationship. We will maintain the confidentiality of your information and data.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation or mediation, the parties agree to submit to arbitration.
